Indigo Spa and Wellness Center has been an absolute gem in the Horizon West community. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a sense of calm and care that sets the tone for a truly restorative experience. Their thoughtful dedication to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit shines through in every service they offer—from rejuvenating massages to luxurious facials and more.

Each visit feels personalized and intentional. The team is warm, professional, and clearly passionate about holistic wellness. I’ve especially appreciated how they create a space that encourages not just physical relaxation, but emotional and mental renewal as well.

Love this place and will go again! I think her name was Priscilla (sorry if I got it wrong!), she did my nails so well. The detail and precision that goes into it, is really hard to come by; especially for the price. Be patient because the quality of the nails and time it takes is worth it. I'm on week 2 and they're intact and looking nice. I'll go back soon, thank you 😊...more

First let me start with how amazing the atmosphere of this place is. This is not an in-and-out kind of place. No acrylic smell. The employees look like they enjoy working there and that energy is very much felt.

I went and got my nails done and it was my first time being there. I tried something called Gel-X by Pricilla. She was super nice and very friendly, and she talks! You have no idea how many places I've been and the nail person is just quiet and I never know what's going on with my hands. She not only talked, but explained every step of the process. She also was really engaging in general.

She used the drill, and at first I was really apprehensive about that, but she showed me the different bits and explained how her method versus the usual methods differed. Let me tell you, I was floored with how she meticulously cleaned up my cuticles. Now, I won't lie, it wasn't a 30 minute process, but it was SO worth it. Then she has like her nail art on display on the side, this girl is an ARTIST! She has like some Lion King scene on all 10 nails on press-ons. (I took a picture of course) I think she a breath of fresh air in the Winter Garden area, or in Orlando in general!

And yes, I definitely booked again....more

Absolutely love this place. All the luxuries of a big box spa but with the comforts and little details of a small business. Seeing familiar faces each time I come in for a massage makes for a great overall experience, feeling welcome each time I come in.

Audrey provides unmatched excellent service. And their massage therapists have all been very experienced and provide a greater level of personalization than I have experienced elsewhere. I feel that each session is tailored to my needs, and even throughout the massage, they are adjusting and adapting to what my body needs, even when I don't realize my body needs it.

Can't recommend this place enough! Go with the membership, it's a great value for the incredible service you receive here!...more

What really stood out was the punctuality and professionalism of Elliot, the masseur. He was not only gentle and polite but also incredibly informative, which was comforting for a first-timer like me. I had heard that massages could be painful, so I expressed my desire for a relaxing experience. Elliot listened attentively and tailored the session perfectly to my needs.

The entire experience was worth every penny, and I left feeling truly amazing and relaxed. I would highly recommend Indigo to anyone, especially those who might be apprehensive about their first massage. Elliot’s skill and the serene environment made it a memorable experience. See you again soon!...more

Located at Summerport Village in Windermere with other amazing small businesses, this SPA offers an endless array of relaxing services. And what an amazing massage my wife and I got at Índigo SPA.
My wife loves those deep tissue massages and she said that probably was the best one she had in whole life. She did a facial and loved it as well. As we were waiting, we got served a glass of champagne, which was an amazing touch from Indigo. I recommend you try out and sign up for their monthly package for services. Google should open a 6-7 stars because the SPA would deserve for their above and beyond care!!!!!
