Get answers to common questions about Foot Treatment.
During a session you'll enjoy a warm soak, focused massage, intensive moisturizing, and optional heat therapy. Therapists assess problem areas, adjust pressure for comfort, and finish with soothing stretches. Sessions are calming and tailored to your needs for immediate relief.
Most Foot Treatment appointments run thirty to sixty minutes depending on your chosen package. Shorter expressions focus on tension and moisturizing; longer sessions include extended massage, heat therapy, and targeted care. We’ll recommend duration based on your concerns during booking.
Clients with diabetes or circulation issues should inform us before booking. Our therapists will assess risk and may modify pressure, avoid aggressive techniques, or require medical clearance. With physician approval, a gentle, supportive Foot Treatment can still offer soothing benefits.
Pregnant clients should notify staff when booking. Mild foot treatments are generally safe, but we avoid deep pressure on certain reflex points and adjust positions for comfort. Your therapist will tailor techniques and consult your provider if there are specific pregnancy concerns.
Frequency depends on activity level and symptoms. For chronic discomfort or heavy standing schedules, weekly sessions for several weeks provide relief. For maintenance, scheduling every three to six weeks keeps skin soft and tension low. Personal recommendations come after assessment.
Aftercare includes daily moisturizing with our recommended creams, wearing supportive shoes, and drinking water to aid circulation. Avoid intense exercise or long hot baths for twenty-four hours. Your therapist may provide stretches and product recommendations to extend treatment benefits.
